Avocado yoghurt dip

Ingredients

1 ripe avocado (approx. 120g)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 Tbs of fresh lime juice or lemon juice

Pinch of freshly cracked black pepper

Pinch of garlic powder

100g Greek natural yoghurt

 

 

Method

  1. Cut avocado, discard skin and seed
  2. Place all ingredients into the mixer, blend 20 seconds / speed 3 / mc on

Traditional Method

  1. Cut avocado, discard skin and seed
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, or mash with a fork until smooth

Serve with The Low Carb Co seed crackers
