Keto Avocado yoghurt dip

Ingredients

1 ripe avocado (approx. 120g)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 Tbs of fresh lime juice or lemon juice

Pinch of freshly cracked black pepper

Pinch of garlic powder

100g Greek natural yoghurt

This super simple low carb dip is a hit amongst all, fussy kids especially will love anything dipped in this, while the low carb, keto mums and dads can enjoy it just as much! 
Course: Savoury

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado approx. 120g
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tbs of fresh lime juice or lemon juice
  • Pinch of freshly cracked black pepper
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • 100 g Greek natural yoghurt

Instructions

  • Cut avocado, discard skin and seed
  • Place all ingredients into the mixer, blend 20 seconds / speed 3 / mc on

Traditional Method

  • Cut avocado, discard skin and seed
  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, or mash with a fork until smooth
  • Serve with The Low Carb Co seed crackers
