Keto Cauli Hummus

  • 2 Tbs (20g) almonds or almond meal
  • 260g raw cauliflower
  • 40g tahini
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 60g lemon juice
  • 40g extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 clove garlic (2.5g)


  • Garnish (optional)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh green chillies
  • Olives
  • Paprika
  • Parsley
  • Pepper


  1. If using whole almonds, start by milling almonds

    10 seconds / speed 8 / mc on

  2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix 20 seconds

    / speed 5 / mc on

  3. Scrape down and mix 20 seconds / speed 4 /

    mc on

  4. Repeat a third time if you like it smoother, garnish

    as desired

    Store refrigerated up to 1 week or frozen 3 months

Traditional Method

  1. For this recipe use purchased almond meal, or pulse almonds in a food

    processor until fine

  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until well combined
