  • 450 ml water
  • 300 ml pouring cream
  • 1 tsp sweetener equivalent to sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt


  • Combine and use as milk



Serving: 100g | Carbohydrates: 0.7g | Protein: 0.9g | Fat: 14.3g | Saturated Fat: 9.2g | Sodium: 64mg | Sugar: 0.7g

Hi I just made the LCHF milk without the sugar, can we have as much as we like of this in coffee or should we only use a small amount? Just started LCHF so not sure.

I have bought all 3 books, love them all. Thanks 🙂

Carbs are .7g/100 so just factor that into your day, 1 cup is 250g so thats 1.8g carbs which is pretty low compared to milk at 12.5g!
