50g parmesan cheese

100g cheddar/tasty cheese

300g mozzarella cheese (not fresh/wet)


  1. Dice cheeses
  2. Chop parmesan 10 seconds / speed 9 / mc on
  3. Add remaining cheeses and chop 8 seconds / speed 7 / mc on
  4. Store in a container or bag in the fridge for a week or the freezer indefinitely, can be used straight from the freezer
